The brief given was to design a Production Block along with a Cafe and Worker’s Accommodations as ancillary buildings. The facade is aesthetically designed, taking into account the harsh Southern Sun which is controlled by glazing on the first floor by using a combination of Solar (PV) glass, coloured glass and minimum of plain glass. The first floor includes offices and guest rooms. In the ground floor, the external treatment is relatively plain with texture painted concrete blocks imitating the glass panels above. The Cafeteria opens out to the highway and can be accessed without entering the campus.
