Sangolli-Rayanna-Sainik-School
The site is split into two parts by the main access road. One part houses the school and the other consists of a sports complex. The layout is inspired by the axial planning of the Mughal architecture and incorporates the concept of nodes, axis and inter connectivity.

KREIS-Chitrahalli
The concept revolves around the ancient Gurukul system where the students would reside in the campus with their Guru.The layout imitates a tree.The brief was to provide residential facilities for both students and faculty for a set of educational institutes. The layout imitates a Gurukul tree by using a set of concentric rings for each typology of buildings.

The site is located in a quiet residential area close to Manyata Tech Park. The house sits on a corner site and abuts to main road on South side which has two guest houses. Towards East, it opens out to a secondary road with residences.

Health Care Centre
The client Dr. Athaulla and his wife are practicing doctors in Rural Karnataka in a place called Pavagada. When we first visited their then establishment, we noticed a lack of proper sequence of program for the experience of the patient; major hiccup being lack of proper waiting area.

The Two Cubes Residence
The site is located in a quiet residential area in the city of Mysore. The site came with its own set of challenges; there are residences on three sides and a narrow road in the front, and a series of trees ahead.

Rhythms of the Earth
The proposed “Eco- Village” is planned on a huge chunk of contoured land (68 acres) surrounded by lush greenery in Bangalore, Karnataka. The project covers the area of 5.8 acres which includes a existing pond.

Ranka Colony is a group housing project in Bangalore. It was targeted to cater to the middle income group. The 4 acre plot had 4 towers. Each tower had 2 cores and 6 units per core. So each floor had about 12 units of 900 Sft area per unit. Typical unit had 2 bedrooms, Living/Dining, Kitchen and Utility.

Through an extensive site analysis and evaluation process the master plan responded to specific site conditions, accessibility and topography. Taking full advantage of these and thorough review of various massing options the proposed scheme was laid out along the east west spine.
