The design of this building is dictated by the landscape surrounding it. It is flanked by roads in the east, an open park in the south, and a 9 m open drain in the west. As a result, entry to the building is from the road on the eastern side. The main auditorium with blank wall fins on the west is placed on the west to create negative pressure for ventilation. These fins on the west become part of the amphitheater seating on roof of the
auditorium. The amphitheater at a high level has a clear view of the park on the South. Parametric strategies have been used to make the above ideas work for the external skin of the building.
