The Emerson Park has been designed to define old-world luxury in a modern urban environment. Having only 34 units in a 2 acre land, the low density of population within the site ensures that residents get a sense of privacy even while sharing common amenities like swimming pool and the clubhouse facilities.

All the 34 units have been laid out in two blocks making optimal use of the area without compromising on solitude or space. The living spaces of all the houses are located on an upper level, 8 feet above road level guaranteeing complete privacy from pedestrian traffic. Keeping the requirements of a modern family in mind, each home includes a private covered parking space on the ground level which is large enough to park two cars comfortably. Residents can enter their homes on the upper level through a private entrance and stairs. Openness is an important aspect of our design and it incorporates skylights and windows to provide ambient light and cross-ventilation. Small landscaped spaces inside each house bring nature indoors and adds to its tranquillity.
