About Project
Concept of BULLBERG NANDIHILLS is to create a very nature friendly private getaway for the busy city professionals. The 47 acres plots is divided into smaller sites, with each site having 3 dwelling units. Each of these units is designed with its own bathroom and have common living/dining area which doubles up as a party area.

Keeping the location and surroundings in mind, the feel of the entire place is kept very natural. Trees and shrubs form the barricade and demarcate the site boundaries. Landscaped portals mark the entry to the sites. The unique feature is the 15 feet garden which forms the back yard. The landscaped backyard is a break away from the mundane surroundings.
