The two important functions of storage and management in the building are divided between two regions and handled individually with disparate access. The areas that require public access and cater to their needs are located in the ground floor with the central open courtyard having seaters engaging the customers with its landscape. Vertical circulation consists of the lift and staircase adjacent to the courtyard leading to the first floor. A spiral staircase located in the first floor leading to the terrace can be used to access services. Safety for the currency chest is ensured by the RCC wall that continues up to the safe room in the first floor as well. A series of boxy windows flanked by concrete massing bring in the required lighting and enable ventilation.
The elevation treatment includes the use of grooved textured walls and jali blocks on the exteriors. The pitched roof has been adopted to impart a traditional look to the structure that assures the customers of its modesty making the space look rather amiable than sophisticated.
