Farm House
The clients were an elderly couple with their children and grandchildren living abroad. So the brief revolved round the fact that once or twice a year the house was going to have people visiting them, but for most part it would only be the couple living in there.

Remo House
The site is surrounded by roads on three sides, with a school on the east and 4-5 storey structures towards the north and west side of the site. In Urban living where the family being very social, the challenge was to create a fairly open house, yet maintain privacy for the inhabitants. So,we thought of creating an inward-looking house.

Sangolli Rayanna Sainik School
The site is split into two parts by the main access road. One part has the academic blocks and the other consists of a sports complex. The layout is inspired by the axial planning of the Mughal architecture and incorporates the concept of nodes, axis and inter connectivity.

Kreis Chitrahalli
The concept revolves around the ancient Gurukul system where the students would reside in the campus with their Guru.The layout imitates a tree.The brief was to provide residential facilities for both students and faculty for a set of educational institutes.

Healthcare Center
The client Dr. Athaulla and his wife are practicing doctors in Rural Karnataka in a place called Pavagada. When we first visited their then establishment, we noticed a lack of proper sequence of program for the experience of the patient; major hiccup being lack of proper waiting area.

House with Two Courts
The site is located in a quiet residential area close to Manyata Tech Park. The house sits on a corner site and abuts the main road on the South side which has two guest houses. Towards East, it opens out to a secondary road with residences.

It is an emergent architecture and design practice, engaging seamlessly in a wide range of scales and types including furniture design, graphic design, interior space design, and architectural projects including private houses, cultural projects, and landscape and urban planning.

The site is located at Hesargatta, in the outskirts of the city amidst greenery. It is covered with teakwood trees around. The design was conceptualized in such a way that none of the trees had to be cut.

Concept of BULLBERG NANDIHILLS is to create a very nature friendly private getaway for the busy city professionals. The 47 acres plots is divided into smaller sites, with each site having 3 dwelling units.

Yathri Nivas
This was a project developed for the tourists visiting Nandgad. There is a central circular courtyard which links to the cottages, guest rooms and VIP dining, dormitory, amphitheater and parking. These accommodations open to the central courtyard and even have their own private courtyards.

KARBONN FACTORY
The brief given was to design a Production Block along with a Cafe and Worker’s Accommodations as ancillary buildings.

Orchid International School
This was a redevelopment project and requirement was to give a new look to the school. We used jaali wall and brick cladding for the façade, we brought in pop colors to add in more of young and vibrant feel.

BIC Design Contest
The design of this building is dictated by the landscape surrounding it. It is flanked by roads in the east, an open park in the south and a 9 m open drain in the west.

For centuries, man has manipulated the Elements to build comfortable houses even in the most hostile environments.

Gun House Restaurant
Located around the corner of the Mysore palace, this Gun house is a bright red structure with white borders all around. This Building is more than a century old and is a remnant of the city’s colonial past. This was going to be refurbished to house a fine dine Restaurant and a food court.

Dr. Ambedkar Bhavan
The convention centre is designed as monolithic structure inspired by historic forts of Chitradurga. A set of monolithic walls flank the building imitating the fortress.

UCAM
UCAM campus in Bangalore is a facility that manufactures tables and hence uses a lot of energy in both its production and maintenance.

Vision cinema
An extended food court designed for Vision cinema located behind GRS fantasy park, Metagalli, Mysuru. It is designed using steel structures without disturbing the existing building. It has an internal dining on two floors along with stalls and an open dining space at the roof top.

Interiors for a luxury villa with an area of 5500 sqft. The material palette used were sophisticated soft neutral tones, colors within the same hue but slightly different tones with hints of deep colors with gold and bronze finishes for the fixtures to accentuate the look, and use of textures to add more character to space.
